Description: The Sennheiser MD-421 has been around since the early 1960's.
First introduced as an announcer's microphone, it has since found
a multitude of other uses. It is a large diaphragm dynamic mic
with a five position bass roll-off filter and can withstand very
high sound pressure levels.
Applications: This mic is a first choice for most types of drums and is my
favorite for kick drum. It can also be used on guitar cabinets
and vocals (for which it was originally intended). |
